New appointment focuses on the customer
From March 1st 2008 Welch’s Transport will be stepping up their efforts to engage and develop their client base with the appointment of Andy Gouldsmith as their Key Accounts Manager.
Andy is the ideal candidate for the position, as he has 13 years of rounded experience within Welch’s Transport: seven years delivering and installing for the Space Age Office Furniture contract, and a further six years in a middle management position for Welch’s Contracts Division and Stapleford depot’s traffic office, during which time he has also acted as an internal auditor for Welch’s BSI accreditation.
His response was typical of somebody who has a passion for the customer: “I’m delighted to be offered the position and see it as an essential process in better understanding the individual requirements of our clients, so that Welch’s can not only continue to deliver their promises but develop their services to meet customers’ changing needs.”
